These terms apply to your use of the website of KASA Acquisitions Inc., a Florida company, including when doing business under its other names (“KASA,” “we,” “us”). By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into binding agreements and located in the United States. Submit only properties you own or are authorized to discuss, and provide accurate information.
Information only
This site is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or real estate advice. We are a real estate investment company acting for ourselves. We are not your agent, broker, attorney or advisor, and we do not owe you the duties those professionals do. Consider talking with your own professionals before you sign.
No offer or contract
Submitting a form does not create a contract or require you or us to complete a transaction. We buy in select markets, and not every property qualifies. Estimates and conversations are not binding. Only a written agreement signed by the parties binds anyone, and its terms control over this site.
How we buy properties
KASA Acquisitions buys properties for its own account. Depending on the property, we may close and keep it, renovate and resell it, rent it out, partner with other investors or lenders, or assign our purchase agreement to another buyer where the law allows. If a transaction may be assigned or completed with a partner, that will be stated in the written agreement you sign. Any purchase is controlled only by that signed agreement, and you are free to have your own attorney or agent review it before signing.
We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers acting on your behalf, and we do not list properties for you or charge you a commission.
Communications
Contacting us or submitting a form means we may respond to your inquiry by phone, text or email. Automated, AI-generated or prerecorded marketing calls and texts are sent only if you gave consent on the form, where your consent is recorded. Consent is not a condition of receiving an offer or selling a property. You may opt out at any time: reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or tell us you no longer want calls. Calls may be recorded where the law allows. Text message terms
By checking the consent box on our form or texting us, you agree to receive text messages from KASA Acquisitions at the number you provided about your inquiry and related real estate offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Acceptable use
Do not misuse this site, submit false information, send spam or malware, scrape it, interfere with its operation or try to access systems without authorization. We may block access or decline any submission.
Intellectual property
The site and its content belong to KASA or its licensors, and may not be copied without permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners.
Copyright concerns
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email rafael@kasaacq.com or write to us at the mailing address below. Include a description of the work, where it appears on our site and how to reach you. We review good-faith notices and remove infringing material when appropriate.
Information and photos you send us
When you send us property details, photos, documents or messages, you confirm you have the right to share them. You allow us to use them to evaluate your property, communicate with you, complete a transaction and keep business records. We will not publish photos of your property or your name in our marketing without your permission.

Reviews reflect individual experiences. Results and timelines vary with each property and situation.
Linking to our site
You may link to our homepage in a way that is fair and legal and does not suggest an affiliation or endorsement we have not given. You may not frame our site or use our name or logo without written permission.
Site availability
We try to keep the site running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as outages, equipment failures or severe weather.

We are not responsible for websites we link to.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, this site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, KASA and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for claims relating to this site will not exceed $100. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnification
To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold KASA and its owners, employees and agents harmless from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of this site, your false information or your violation of these terms.
Governing law and venue
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state requires otherwise. Unless the law requires otherwise, disputes about this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Time limit on claims
To the extent the law allows, any claim relating to this site must be filed within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. This does not shorten any deadline in a signed transaction agreement.
General
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. We may assign these terms. You may not assign your rights under them without our written consent. We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about your use of this site. They do not change any signed transaction agreement, which controls if there is a conflict.
