Our Story
KASA Acquisitions has been buying houses since 2018. It started as a family business, and it still is one. Rafael Nunez runs the company and owns it with his wife, who also helps with the rehab work on our properties. We are a Florida company with a team working on the ground in Missouri.
Most of the people we talk with are dealing with something hard: an inherited house, a property that needs more work than they can take on, a move, or tenants who stopped paying. Our job is to make selling simple, explain every step in plain language and let you decide what is right for you.
Depending on the house, we may renovate it ourselves or work with other local investors and partners. You can see one of our renovations in our Coral Springs project.
