We buy where we can see houses in person, work with trusted local title companies and contractors, and make offers we can stand behind. That is why our deepest coverage is in the St. Louis area, where our team is on the ground, and in South Florida, where we have bought and renovated homes. In Ohio, Texas, North Carolina and Georgia, we review properties one address at a time.
