This policy explains how KASA Acquisitions Inc., a Florida company, including when doing business under its other names (“KASA,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares personal information through this website and related communications.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, phone number, email, property address, property condition, occupancy, timeline, price, your reason for selling if you share it.
• Communications: messages, emails and call content, including recordings and transcripts where allowed by law.
• Automatic information: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site and campaign information, collected through cookies and similar tools.
• Information from other sources: public records, property and contact data providers, marketing partners and people who refer you to us.
• Consent records: what you agreed to, the wording shown and when.

Property and financial information

To evaluate your property and make an offer, we may ask about things like your mortgage balance, liens, back taxes, repairs and the reason you are selling. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. We use this information to analyze your property and situation, and we share it only with people who need it to complete your transaction, such as a title company, closing attorney, lender or partner named in your agreement.

Artificial intelligence

We may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to help us call, text and email, answer questions, take notes, transcribe or summarize conversations, and organize records. Where the law requires it, we will disclose this or get your consent.

Calls, text messages and email

If you gave consent, we may contact you as described on the form where you gave it. You may opt out at any time: reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or tell us you no longer want calls. You can also call or email us. We may still send messages about a transaction in progress, or as the law requires. Calls may be recorded where the law allows, and we will give any notice or get any consent the law requires. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of receiving an offer or selling a property.

Text message program

If you check the consent box on our form or text us first, KASA Acquisitions may send you text messages about your property inquiry, offers, appointments and follow-ups, including marketing messages if you agreed to them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving an offer or selling a property.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools for security and to understand how the site is used. These include Google Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps block spam. We do not send your name, phone number, email or property address to Google Analytics. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Advertising and remarketing

We may use advertising services such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to show our ads to people who have visited our site. These services use cookies and similar tools to recognize your browser. We do not give them your name, phone number, email or property address from our forms. You can opt out of personalized ads through Google Ads Settings, your Meta ad preferences, or the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

Do Not Track and privacy signals

Browsers can send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no common standard for responding to them, so our site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one. Where state law requires us to honor a browser privacy signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out request, we will do so.

How we share information

• Service providers who help us run our business, including customer management, hosting, communication, analytics, security and automation tools
• Transaction parties such as title companies, closing attorneys, lenders, contractors, a real estate professional or joint venture partner working with us on your transaction and, where needed for a deal, investors or other buyers who may purchase a property or contract
• Our companies and successors, including in a merger, financing or sale of our business
• Authorities and others when required by law, or to protect rights, safety and property

We do not sell your personal information for money. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and recordkeeping requirements and to honor opt-outs.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of marketing. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, including the right to appeal a decision. We will verify requests and respond as the law requires. We may keep information we must retain by law.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
